Exploring Healthy Relationships
- Do you know how to say no?
- Is your relationship healthy?
- Do you know how to recognize and help others in a crisis?
Starting on August 8, CODA will present an 8-week seminar that will help you to break barriers of power and control in environments, systems, and relationships by establishing healthy boundaries, learning how to say no and when to say yes, and keeping the bad out while letting the good in.
Sessions will be held each Tuesday from 9:15 am to 10:15 am in Meeting Room D of the Vigo County Public Library. You may attend any or all of the sessions.
All ages are welcome. Young people must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
