Exploring Healthy Relationships

  •  Do you know how to say no?
  • Is your relationship healthy?
  • Do you know how to recognize and help others in a crisis?

CODA offers seminars that will help you to break barriers of power and control in environments, systems, and relationships by establishing healthy boundaries, learning how to say no and when to say yes, and keeping the bad out while letting the good in.

All ages are welcome. Young people must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

If your group is  interested in  scheduling a class, please contact Rebecca Moore at rmoore@codaterrehaute.org.
