Dear Community Partner,

Will you help CODA raise $20,000?

The Council on Domestic Abuse, Inc. is planning an exciting new fundraiser called Apple Pie Fall Fundraiser, where we plan to bring together 200 volunteers in 2 days to make 2,000 pies! The pie-making days will be November 11th and 12th when volunteers will work in 4-hour shifts until all orders are complete. Frozen pies can be picked up 11 am- 7 pm November 14th from the Maryland Community Church (St. Road 46) parking lot. Please help spread the word so we can provide the best services possible to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in the Wabash Valley!

I would love for your business to sponsor Apple Pie Fall Fundraiser and/or donate needed supplies and equipment. A $500 sponsorship will include your business logo on 200 volunteer aprons, advertisement placed in each pie’s packaging, and recognition at the event and on all advertising for the event. Supplies needed for a successful fundraiser include:

-Visqueen sheeting: numerous rolls to cover floors & tables
-Hair nets: 800
-Kitchen gloves: 1,400
-Knives for cleaning apples: 15
-Twist ties: 4,000
-Trash bags: 200
-Flour: 525 lbs.
-Sugar: 1,250 lbs.
-Margarine: 319 lbs.
-Cinnamon: 184 oz.
-Bread Trays for pie-stacking
- Apple Corers: 15
- Peelers: 15

Volunteers will also be needed November 11th and 12th for pie-making and November 14th for distribution, so please follow the link to sign up here or
contact Bronze at volunteercoordinator@codaterrehaute.org if you’re interested in helping out! Your donation of time, money, or supplies could make a life-changing difference for victims and their children seeking emergency services from the Council on Domestic Abuse, Inc. Please call 812-234-3441 for more information.

Sincerely,
